This is a warm hug to every human being who has suffered through a narcissistic abusive relationship.
A narcissist is not simply someone who glorifies themselves or believes they are a better version of a human being. They are someone who slowly dismantles you — making you dependent on their approval while humiliating you at the same time. They attempt to strip away everything that makes you you — your identity, your worth, your joy — until you no longer recognize yourself. Their goal is to replace your true self with their own creation, a version that exists only to make them shine in the theater of their life, performed for the applause of others.
At first, they give you what feels like love. But it is a false light — a Luciferian gold that dazzles and blinds while it slowly poisons you. They weave you into their cocoon of control, alongside others trapped in the same illusion of well-being, deep inside the devil’s cave. To them, you are just an instrument, a tool to feed their construct of glory and fame. And when your life force is nearly gone — spiritually, emotionally, and physically — they discard you and replace you with someone new.
The only way to save your life is to make a total cut. There is no way to manage a narcissist, no way to protect yourself while staying close. They will find you in the darkest dark, pull you into the light, and then drag you back into the shadows again. The process is slow — like a tightening spiral that pulls you in, closer and closer, until escape feels impossible.
If you find yourself in a love that feels addictive — where you are trapped, controlled, and living through cycles of emotional highs and lows; moments of passion followed by rejection, humiliation, or feeling unworthy — know this: you are in danger. This is not love. This is the devil’s hand, draining your energy and soul.
Though I am not a health adviser, I believe it is vital to speak about this. Maybe someone will read these words or hear this song and recognize themselves in it — and find the courage to leave. That is all that matters: finding the true light of a grounded, whole human being. Not the false, Luciferian light that gives the highest high while destroying you without empathy.
Dear reader, love is not built on conditions, emotional games, or constant highs and lows. Love is safety. Love is being cherished, respected, and valued exactly as you are.
LYRICS:
Sold my soul
To the cold of the Queen
There is a fire in this furnace
Blazing up gold till it’s burning
All of my skin to the bone
Auspicious sound, glistening fire
Melting their gold like a crier
Even a liar would admire
The Trojan horse
Fast and cold in the moon
Soon they seize
All of my fear out (of) the fire
My golden dreams vapor high
Into the gloom
Bow and arrow
Sharp and keen
Comes the scene to my soul
Like an owl
Look what you’ve done
Fast and cold
Gold comes near
Into the fire of desire
My golden dreams
Vapor high to the ground
They make no sound
They just go round
Like we are bound
To the ground
