ALBUM EL NATH

The most important things in life are family and friends.
There is nothing more heartwarming, more meaningful to invest in than our children.
Time is precious — time for a child to play peacefully at home, safely connected to the loving energy cord that a mother provides.

The only time in our lives when we are loved totally and unconditionally is during those first years — from birth to around seven years old.
It’s a time when a child truly experiences freedom — developing imagination, exploring the world through movement, and discovering both gross and fine motor skills.

Having devoted so much time to what truly matters, we now find ourselves in a new chapter. As our children grow older, we’ve been blessed with the chance to reconnect with our deepest roots — the joy of playing music.
We return to the time when we ourselves were children — remembering the vast space of imagination, melodies, and the untold stories of our lives that have shaped us as adults.

Each song in this album carries a deep spiritual journey. Over the years, I have walked through profound — and at times frightening — experiences as a highly sensitive person:
a narcissistic and abusive relationship, a reconnection with Native American imagery and emotions that arose during motherhood, the angels and demons that helped me see the world’s many colors and shades, and the silent veil of madness that drapes itself over humanity — clouding consciousness and drawing it into the illusions of the material world.

Through it all, I have come to understand the importance of meditation — as a process of reduction, of clarity, of learning to understand oneself and others.
And above all, the grace of the present moment — the most healing aspect of being human.
The gentle warmth that fills the heart when facing the majesty of nature, the sun, and the moon.
And humor — that vital spirit which helps us endure, transforming pain into lightness, and reconnecting us with the world through a different kind of energy.

This album is one of countless human expressions — of love, fear, healing, and all the colors of emotion that can be felt.
It may touch some listeners deeply, helping them reflect on their own journeys in their unique and colorful ways.
For others, it may fall like a cleansing rain — or simply pass by unnoticed.
All of that is perfectly fine.

It was born from human minds, hearts, and hands — in gratitude for the chance to express ourselves through music.
May it spark a connection between warm hearts, a shared understanding of the wounds we’ve lived through, and a gentle acceptance of our own and others’ imperfections.
And may it remind you that you always have the freedom to turn away from what hurts you — from people and situations that disturb your peace.

With that said: enjoy listening — and let’s be kind to each other.
